What Every Session Includes
Live Demo First
We begin with a 10–15 minute live demonstration for students and faculty — real techniques, sling display, and a Torah thought. No commitment required.
Flexible Scheduling
Classes run 45–60 minutes, 1–3 times per week, scheduled around davening, learning seder, and school hours.
Age-Appropriate Curriculum
Content is calibrated per grade level — foundational games for younger boys, advanced drills and self-defense for older students.
Torah-Integrated Lessons
Every class includes a brief Torah thought connecting the technique to halacha, middos, or Jewish history.
Belt Advancement
Students progress through the Sefirot belt system, earning promotions through skill tests and merit milestones.
100-Merit System
The merit journal is woven into every class — tracking character growth across the ten Sefirot categories.
See It Before You Commit
We begin with a 10–15 minute live demonstration for students and faculty — real techniques, sling display, and a Torah thought. No commitment required.
Quick martial arts techniques and practical self-defense movements
